SHIPPING
We ship using UPS Ground or US Mail Priority. If there is a special shipping charge for any item, the shipping icon will appear in the item description. Please call a customer service representative for these special shipping rates. Alaska and Hawaii shipments will be sent PRIORITY MAIL unless otherwise requested. UPS/FEDEX shipments to AK/HI will incur an additional $20 in shipping fees minimum. We do not reimburse or pay shipping charges unless an item is defective or mis-shipped. We recommend UPS Ground or US Mail Priority Insured. It is important to provide proof of return and you may want to protect yourself against loss or damage. Please include the back of your packaging list if possible.

EXCHANGES/RETURNS
All regularly priced items may be returned for exchange, refund or store credit for 30 days from the purchase date. All returns and/or exchanges MUST have an RMA (Return Merchandize Authorization) number showing on the outside of the package. NO EXCEPTTIONS. Please call us to obtain your RMA number. Close-out items may be returned for an exchange within 14 business days of receipt of package. If you do not wish to exchange, a store credit will be issued; there are no refunds on close-out items. Non-clearance items returned after 30 days are charged a 20% restocking fee. If an item in your order is damaged or defective, if you have received the wrong item, or if you are missing an item, please call us at 801-477-0860

We help determine sizes and other information, but are not responsible for the cost of shipping if items have to be returned. If you would like to exchange an item for an incorrectly ordered item, you must include reshipping charges. All merchandise must be in original condition and in the original packaging in good condition. A 20% restocking fee will be charged for items not in original packaging and no exchange or store credit will be allowed for merchandise that is worn. A $5.00 box fee will be charged for each damaged shoe box. We recommend packaging all shoe boxes within another box before shipping.

RMA#
Please call 801-367-7286 and an RMA number will be issued. No merchandise will be accepted for exchange without an RMA number.

SHOE RETURNS ONLY
Just Right Fit Guarantee: If you find your new shoes don’t fit JUST RIGHT, give us a call (within 3 days of receiving your shoes) at 801-367-7286. We’ll provide a return label for ground shipping FREE so you can send back the shoes that don’t fit. You pay for the shoes, we pay for the ground shipping. Our just right fit guarantee policy is limited to ONE exchange only! Sorry, but we do not offer JRF for international orders, including Canada.

Down and Dirty prices (limited to factory new 2008-2009 shoes)
If you KNOW your shoe size and color and if you agree to WAIVE all return privileges, take our Down & Dirty shoe deal. You’ll save big off the original purchase price! In the event you must exchange you D&D shoes, you must pay to ship the shoes back to us as well as the shipping for the new pair. No cash refunds will be given.

Privacy Policy
Just keeping it simple: we don't sell ANY of your information to third parties. We only give your address to our warehouses so that we can get you the product that you ordered. We have their gurantee that they will not sell your information as well. For those who sign up for the newsletter, we do not spam you.
